I offer counselling services tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are currently available online via a secure Zoom platform for clients in any location. Home visit counselling may also be available on request within central Tokyo.

From mid - 2027, I plan to offer in- person counselling from a practice in Setagaya, Tokyo. 

Please note that I do not currently provide counselling for children or adolescents under the age of 18.

PRACTICE POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for support.

Informed Consent

Before your first counselling session, you will be asked to read and sign an informed consent form. I will send this to you after your initial consultation, but you are welcome to read it beforehand if you are considering commencing counselling.
