At Tokyo Heart and Mind Counselling I consider the whole person, combining Western therapeutic approaches with Eastern mindfulness techniques.

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy.

Mindfulness and self-compassion, to build self-esteem and self-confidence.

Couples therapy, informed by the Gottman method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I have monthly clinical supervision with an accredited supervisor from the Australian Counselling Association. This helps ensure I follow ethical guidelines and provide my clients with the highest standard of care.
