One of my favorite quotes:

There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man: true nobility is being superior to your former self.” Ragnar Lothbrock.

In therapy we learn to overcome the ego, finding a way forward, to honour our true, authentic self. Letting go of the need to compare ourselves to others can be hard in a world where social media incites FOMO and drives insecurity. Striving to become a better version of yourself can bring genuine satisfaction and contentment. Growing into your best self is freeing, you no longer need to measure up to anyone else’s expectations - just your own. As a therapist, I am constantly reflecting, considering how to improve myself and my work. By doing this I hope to provide the best support for you.

How do you feel you are different from your previous self? How did you achieve this? How do you see yourself in the future? What steps can you take to get there?
