I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. We will discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through counselling, and we will review these throughout our work together. My approach is collaborative, ensuring that therapy is tailored to your individudal needs and circumstances.
-
This depends on your individual circumstances, the goals you would like to achieve, and the nature of the concerns you bring to counselling. Some people find that a small number of sesions is enough, while others choose ongoing support. Once we have explored your concerns and agreed on your goals, I can give you a better idea of the likely course of therapy. We will review your progess regularly and make decisions together about how to proceed.
